He has won fellowships to the University of Arkansas, University of Virginia Health Systems and the Global Satelite Communication Associate on Building a Multi-Site Telemedicine Network and Developing Country Regulatory and Policy Regimes on Telecommunications,2009.
He has 8 years experience designing telecom & information systems working for an international public health agency dealing with public health research in rural communities in Uganda. With him is a personal letter from former Secretary of Health & Humanities, Tommy Thompson on behalf of the US Government in recognition of Robert's distinguished service of US Mission in Uganda. He won a Franklin Award from former US Ambassador, Jimmy Kolker for exemplary service support for public health research in rural communities in Eastern Uganda as a Systems Engineer.
