Robert has won recognition for his low cost model on mobilization of subject matter experts to volunteer for community building. He is a graduate of molecular Bio-Chemistry & Information Systems from Makerere University. He was elected on the Working Group(WG) for the strategic formative stage of the Pan Africa Agribusiness Consortium-East & Central Africa(PanAAC-ECA),2008,Nairobi. Robert with a group of other pro-active youths has co-authored the GYAN Publication,2006 on the Impact of Globalization on the Developing world. He won the Africa Youth Foundation Award on ICT & Agriculture,Accra Ghana,2004.

He is a UN Public Administration & Finance Division certified e-Governance Specialist. He has trained in rural telecommunication integration for rural development at the United States Telecommunications Training Institute(USTTI),Washington,DC & Cisco Systems,San Jose,CA. He was a fellow of DiploFoundation,Malta for the Internet Governance Capacity Building Program(IGCBP) and was subsquently elected as a Delegate of DiploFoundation to the Global Knowledge Partnership(III) in KL,Malaysia of 2000 emerging leaders of the Digital world.

He has won fellowships to the University of Arkansas, University of Virginia Health Systems and the Global Satelite Communication Associate on Building a Multi-Site Telemedicine Network and Developing Country Regulatory and Policy Regimes on Telecommunications,2009.

He has 8 years experience designing telecom & information systems working for an international public health agency dealing with public health research in rural communities in Uganda. With him is a personal letter from former Secretary of Health & Humanities, Tommy Thompson on behalf of the US Government in recognition of Robert's distinguished service of US Mission in Uganda. He won a Franklin Award from former US Ambassador, Jimmy Kolker for exemplary service support for public health research in rural communities in Eastern Uganda as a Systems Engineer. 

He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer(MSCE) & A Cisco Cerfitified Network Associate from Torque-IT JBG,SA.
